COOLING TOWEL

Synthetic fabric towel designed to be wetted and draped over the neck or face to enhance evaporative cooling in arid environments.

The Cooling Towel is water activated and uses evaporation to draw water away from the body. The Towel performs the role of an artificial temperature regulator during periods of intense heat or activity when your body requires additional support to cool itself. Used effectively, a cooling towel can help lower body temperatures to a manageable degree and mitigate symptoms associated with heatstroke and exhaustion.

To use, simply soak the Towel in water for two to three minutes and wring out before applying to the head or neck.

Depending on local conditions, the Towel should stay cool for up to an hour and in that time can reduce the surface temperature of your skin drastically by way of evaporative cooling.
